Terms of use

In force since 10/13/2026. Using the site or its EA means accepting these terms.

1. Purpose of the service

Through an Expert Advisor (EA) you install in your MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 terminals, TrueTickCollector collects the history and the equity of your trading accounts and shows them in your area: figures, analytics, reports, email alerts.

Price: the service is free.

2. Access and account

You create your area online, with an email address you confirm, and you accept these terms when you create it.

You keep your password secret; a one-time code, which you turn on from your profile, can protect your sign in. What is done from your area is deemed done by you.

3. The EA, read only

The EA reads the history, the equity, the positions and the pending orders of your accounts, and sends them to the site over HTTPS. It never places, changes or closes an order.

The EA identifies itself with the API key of your area. Your MetaTrader password is never asked for.

4. Your commitments

• Install the EA only on accounts you hold, or with the consent of their holder.
• Keep your API key to yourself: whoever holds it can send data into your area. If it may have been seen, ask the administrator for a new one.
• Do not try to read the data of another user, nor to hinder the working of the service.

5. The figures shown

The figures, analytics and reports are computed from what the EA sends. A stopped terminal, an incomplete history or a wrong datum from the broker make them inaccurate: the site does not guarantee their accuracy. Compare them with your broker statements before you rely on them; the page "Check my statement" helps you do so.

6. No investment advice

TrueTickCollector describes the past of your accounts. It gives no investment advice and recommends no transaction; your trading decisions remain yours.

7. Availability

The service is provided without any guarantee of availability: it may be interrupted for maintenance or by a failure. Data sent by the EA during an interruption may be missing.

8. Suspension, deletion, erasure

The administrator may disable your area or one of your accounts, in particular if these terms are breached; the EA of a disabled account is then refused.

You may delete a collected account, or your whole area, from the site at any time: the erasure is immediate and final. What is erased, and what is not, is told in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

These terms may change; the version in force is the one of this page, dated at its top. A change is announced to you by email before it comes into force.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, you and the publisher first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent French courts under the ordinary rules of law.
